Plant Maintenance

The Plant Maintenance Department exists as a service organization that is dedicated to providing and maintaining a safe, orderly and respectful learning environment which will contribute to student and staff achievements. The overall objective of the Plant Maintenance Department is to maintain, throughout its expected useful life, the interior and exterior of school buildings, the grounds, and the roadways, and all fixed and moveable equipment through preventive maintenance and repairs.

Plant Maintenance Department will fund typical facility repairs however this funding is not allocated for capital improvement projects or new installations.  Plant Maintenance Department will typically fund repairs of “existing” building structures and systems when budget and schedule permit.
